There are ladies and gents toilets, reached via the passage from the west exit

Go down the six steps. The entrance to the ladies is at the end of the passage, to your right of the exit to Green Park and Piccadilly South Side. The entrance to the gents is on the right hand side of the passage, before the recess with two phones.
