Description

The help points in this station consist of a circular housing with a breakable glass fire alarm button at the top, a larger (green) emergency button in the middle and a smaller )blue) information button towards the bottom.

The speaker and mic grill are to your left of the buttons.

Location

At Concourse Level

• Opposite the doors to lifts B and C.

We found no help points in the concourse itself, though staff are available at the gate line, in particular there's an assistance point as the left-hand end of the gate line as you come into the station.

In the Intermediate Level

• On the right-hand side of the passage between the two sets of escalators towards the Jubilee Line, as you go towards the jubilee Line. The help point is just before the passage veers left.
• On each side of the passage between the Jubilee and Piccadilly lines, just over half way along, as you go towards the Piccadilly Line, unfortunately, there are few landmarks to aid finding these except that each is opposite a gap in the central rail.
• On the left-hand side of the passage between the Piccadilly and victoria lines as you go towards the Victoria Line, just beyond the bottom of the steeper slope.

On the Jubilee Line, Platforms 5 - 6

On Platform 5, Northbound, from the Front of the Train

• just before the entrance from the escalators
• just before the entrance from the lift and intermediate level
• between the entrance and exit passages to the intermediate level

On Platform 6, Southbound, from the Rear of the Train

• just before the exit to the escalators
• between the entrance from the escalators and the entrance from the lift and intermediate level
• just before the exit to the intermediate level

On the Piccadilly Line, Platforms 1 - 2

On Platform 1, Westbound, from the Front of the Train

• between the entrance from the escalators and the passage between platforms
• between the exit and entrance passages to the Jubilee Line
• beyond the entrance passage from the Jubilee Line

On Platform 2, Eastbound, from the Rear of the Train

• just beyond the passage between platforms
• beyond the exit to the Jubilee Line and lift
• beyond the entrance from the Jubilee Line

On the Victoria Line, Platforms 3 - 4

On Platform 3, Northbound, from the Front of the Train

• just beyond the exit to the Piccadilly Line
• beyond the entrance from the escalators
• before the exit from the Jubilee Line

Platform 4, Southbound, from the Rear of the Train

• just beyond the exit to the Piccadilly Line
• just beyond the exit to the escalators
• just before the exit to the Jubilee Line
