You can request assistance from the special needs counter in the Travel Centre, or from one of the information desks. There's an information desk in the main and Platform 5 Concourses.
The desk is facing you as you enter from the station foyer.
From the lift, turn right and continue into the concourse and locate the desk to your left, opposite the entrance from the station foyer.
From the steps from the subway, turn left and follow the pathway left then right before continuing into the concourse. The desk is to your left, opposite the entrance from the station foyer.
From the Bridge, go down the nine steps from the bridge and turn right then go down the steps to platform 3. Turn left and follow the building roung to your left, into the concourse. The information desk is to your left, opposite the entrance from the station foyer.
The kiosk faces onto platform 5. As you reach platform 5 from the bridge, turn right and continue, past the shop and a cross-shaped display board before you find the kiosk on your right.
From the lift, turn left onto platform 5, then left again and continue past the head of the steps before turning left towards the kiosk.
From the steps from the subway, turn left to face the kiosk in front of you.
