There's lift access between the concourse (including platform 2) and the island platform 3 and 4.
There's a lift on platform 2, on the south side of the Travel Centre. The other one is on platform 3, just beyond (east of) the walkway at the foot of the ramp from the bridge.
Each lift has a call button to your right of the door, at wheelchair height, which is brailled and embossed with large print.
Inside the lift, the control buttons are on the left-hand side as you enter. These are, from the top: alarm, up, down and open.
For the intercom facility, press the alarm button for three seconds.
